Slightly delayed update, sorry - got distracted by some stuff this morning!

I'm definitely ready to draw Hugh some more. He took a chapter off but he's back in the story again :D

Oof! That looks like quite a hefty punch! I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of that, which is something our intrepid heroes would be thankful to know before a fight, I bet.

Why does Nyarl need Jack so much? I suppose that is for later and tied to their very first meeting. He can pretty much do whatever he wants with whoever he wants to use but still finds Jack better than most other choices. I feel there is more to Jack and I already suspected him of spying on Jaunt in the first place. Hm.

One question you probably CAN answer: Is Hugh training there or is the bag just getting a beating? :D
He is so damn ripped that I think it is more like stress relief... and nobody actual there to be punched.

If not for Jack it would probably be somebody else, but Nyarlathotep took part in the creation of Jack's sentience and has a little bit of a weird attachment.

Hugh is actually training! It's something that will make sense when I get to it :)

I saw the thumbnail for this page on FA and I mistakenly thought the last panel was Hugh manifesting out of nowhere to punch Nyarlathotep in the face, and I got VERY excited

This will sound silly, but the musculature of the back on Hugh makes me happy. Most artists try to draw musculature on lines. You did this with curves, which is much more accurate as to how a heavily muscled dude looks. :D

Ah, thank you! I'm not the best at drawing muscle, but from what I do understand I try to apply the principles of rotation and stretch/squash, etc. I'm glad you like it :)

I don't think that, compared to Hugh, most of the hospital patients who use that training room make such hard use of it.
